Individual & private yoga
I have recently moved from the Isle of Wight to Glastonbury - where I am undertaking further training - and do not as yet have a public class. However, Individual and Private Yoga bookings are my speciality.
The advantage to you of an Individual Session is that it gives you exactly what you need,at a time to suit you, and that you benefit from the focused attention and knowledge of the teacher. A a class cannot possibly do this.

Individual sessions do not have to be just for you, you are welcome to book for yourself and a partner, family member or friend. I can also come to your place of work for lunch-time stress-busting sessions or after-work wind downs.
As I've said, classes will vary enormously, according to what you need, but a fairly typical structure would be as follows -
• 10 - 15 minutes chat so I can get to know you and understand how I can most help.
• 10 - 15 minutes relaxing, grounding and allowing you to begin to breathe well and deeply.
• 30 minutes of appropriate stretches and postures.
• 15 minutes guided and deeply healing meditation.
Teaching Children

I have good experience of working with children (from aged 8 upwards) and with teenagers, both in the school environment and individually. Yoga is stunningly effective in helping youngsters who are struggling in the classroom, with attention needs or self-destructive habits.
Even those who - thankfully - are doing well need yoga's inner balance to stop them from losing their positive body image, being upset by peer pressure and so forth. I feel hugely committed to helping our new generation in this way.
Therapeutic Yoga
Therapeutic Yoga is something a little different and may not involve any physical stretches at all. Nonetheless it is a hugely effective healing tool, working at a subconscious and breath level, and on the endocrine system and organs.
It has been my great joy to help students who -
Have suffered a heart attack; have asthma; have arthritis; are feeling depressed and hopeless; are in pain; have an eating disorder or a problem with weight and food...to name but a few.
